The Top Build Awards is in its fourth edition, organised by BØYE Designs and Projects, with the ceremony on 28 November 2026. For this edition it introduced three new categories — Best Small, Medium and Large Turnkey Contractor of the Year — in partnership with CheckYourTraders, which Turnkey.mt is an offshoot of.
Those categories are open only to contractors who have passed independent vetting. A contractor cannot buy their way onto that list, and cannot be voted for without being on it. Turnkey.mt is the main sponsor.

The public vote carries 70%. A panel of judges reviews the top nominees for the remaining 30%.
Vetting and voting both close on 20 October, ahead of the ceremony.
We are not on the ballot. Vetting the list and competing on it are different jobs, and doing both would make the first one worthless.
